Gratuities: extras that you would like to add to. ie; tour leader, tour guide,porters for luggage at hotels.
Travel back to the airport * If leaving on the 13th, we will offer a few time options available with group if leaving from the hotel. Otherwise you are responsible for your journey back to the airport.
Any additional nights before April 2nd if you choose to arrive early or stay longer after the 13th

PayPal, (and all major credit cards through PayPal). Please be advised all PayPal payments include a 3% fee added fee to the total and you will need to have an active PayPal account. Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation request for the trip must be made in writing.
From the day of booking up to 16 weeks prior to departure, the participant will be refunded in full less your $1,500 non-refundable deposit.
Requests made within 16 weeks of and prior to 45 days before departure will be refunded 50% of all payments (excluding $1,500 non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will not be refunded.
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment.
No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
*Make sure to get travel insurance for your trip.
*In the case of a government-mandated shutdown due to COVID-19, you will receive a credit for the rescheduled event.
